We had family photo's this week, and got to peek at the proofs online. After scrolling though a ton I realized that my son was flipping off the photographer...magnified it so you can see.

We had the rare opportunity to be photographed this morning. Usually I'm the one behind the camera trying to capture our day to day life, so I rarely make it out in the open. A kind offer from Julie afforded me the very pleasant experience of having our lazy Saturday morning documented. It was full of book reading, toys, snacks and just lazing around the house. Thank you Julie, I cannot wait to see how they turned out, they'll undoubtedly be a treasured part of this phase of our life.

Swansons

I love visiting this nursery around Christmas. They have the buildings decked out, there are ornaments and holiday fare to peruse, a model train, and this year they added Curley the camel & Moe the miniature donkey to their livestock for the Reindeer Festival! N and I met up with Eileen and Mini to hang out with the animals and chit-chat while the 2 older kids were in school this morning.

As our regular time with Mabel during the week is drawing to a close (can't believe we only have a few more days). I thought I'd take advantage of their smiling faces and the matching outfits Grandma and Grandpa sent a while back (they finally fit).
