What May or May Not Have Happened

I got a call on Friday morning saying E and N had been selected from a drawing (which, ahem, may or may not have been so random) of raffle tickets (which, ahem, we may or may not have padded the purchase of) to pick out a pumpkin over at our Rubberneck Farms. What I do know is, that this afternoon we went for a walk so the children could get their beautiful pumpkins. And it was a relatively strenuous walk back home for me with 2 pumpkins and N in the jogger, Molly on leash and E gliding along (not so gracefully) in her new roller skates. Thank you Mike & Melissa!

Vote for Our Playground!

E attends a resource center 4 days a week. I liken it to community college for homeschoolers. She takes 1 or 2 classes a morning, then we head home and work for an hour or so. The classes are taught by certificated teachers and other professional in their fields. The school has been running for the last 15 years and has n-e-v-e-r had a playground! Please help; you can vote for us every day this month! You may also send one additional vote via text each day to 73774 with the message of: 106309

Name the New Chicks!

Good Day All!

We are excited to announce that we're expanding our chicken family today, and adding 3 new babies to the mix.  2 will be Araucana's and lay eggs with bluish or greenish shells (thus the 'green' names) We would like your help in naming them, please cast your vote in the poll located at the top of the collumn to the right.  Thanks, and the top 2 names will be announced one week from today!
